my stay was wonderful as the hotel is conveniently just a short walk from the children's museum of phoenix and the gorgeous arizona science center, making it perfect for walking around and enjoying the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and supportive during my visit.

But really, the elevator situation? I think I could’ve raced to the top on foot faster. Plus, housekeeping showed up at 8 AM on a Saturday—who do they think they are, a breakfast alarm?

It was a solid selection for a passing visit in Phoenix with good value. I was thrilled with the mountain view from my room on the 24th floor. If you’re sensitive to bedding, make sure to check the mattress pad before getting settled.

The Executive Room was spacious and super comfy. The bed felt luxurious, making it hard to get out of. The room was clean and had a great city view. I really liked having club access—made breakfast a treat!

Had a great time with my friends. We enjoyed the rooftop garden and the lovely pool area. Caught a show at the historic Orpheum Theatre and tried local craft brews nearby. Heads up, call ahead to check for events, it can get busy. The fitness center is well-equipped too!

Had some trouble at check-in because of a rude staff member, but thankfully another employee helped us out later on.
