Beautiful decor, especially the elaborate Christmas scene in the lobby. Outstanding breakfasts with freshly made pastries and delicious options at a good value. Convenient location near a cineplex and Arizona Center with many dining and shopping opportunities. Responsive and courteous staff, comfortable rooms, and a great restaurant on-site with tasty, affordable lunch specials.

The fruit sides were fresh and filled with lots of berries. The value for money was great, considering the quality and presentation of the breakfasts. The hotel is conveniently located near an AMC Cineplex and other restaurants and shops.

My recent stay at a hotel under renovation was surprisingly comfortable. I was moved to a newly renovated room and had a good night's sleep in the comfortable bed. The gym was also well-equipped. I recommend this hotel.

The location is convenient for D-backs games. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The fitness center is open 24 hours. The hotel has all the amenities you need. Room service is great.

The breakfast was tasty and filling, and the lobby had a festive vibe. The pool area was clean and well-maintained with plenty of seating. The hotel was situated within walking distance of shops and restaurants, which was very convenient.
The check-in process was disorganized with unclear signage. The room had a musty smell and the bedding was uncomfortable.
